Time by the water
12
guests at most, always

Unhurried, and held with care

Every retreat is unhurried and private — a circle of no more than twelve, with a Mongolian-speaking host beside you throughout. Meditation, gentle movement, and rest.

Daily guided practice
Two sessions a day, for every level.
Whole, local food
Seasonal meals, made with care.
Time to yourself
Open mornings, free afternoons.

We've thought through the hard parts

In your language

A Mongolian-speaking host travels with you, so nothing is lost in translation.

Travel and visas

We walk you through flights, visas, and what to bring.

The kids are cared for

Travelling as a mother? We arrange trusted, caring childcare so you can truly rest.

No pressure, no surprises

Tell us you're interested and we'll share dates and what's involved, privately.

A retreat that feels like home

I built SpiralClub because the calm I found abroad was out of reach for most Mongolians — too far, too costly, never in our language. So I travel with you. I handle the details and I'm there in Mongolian, so you can do the one thing you came to do: rest.
